Guest phloryde
i'm using xp and the activex version of autoit in a wsf/vbs logon script. i want the user to confirm the start of a program (it take inventory of the hardware on the computer), block the input (so the user can't cancel the inventory program), let the inventory program run, unblock the input and respond to a dialog box confirming that the process completed. everything works until i try to unblock the input. unblocking just doesn't work. all my clients are xp. they only way i can get the input back is to ctl-alt-del and then cancel. only than can my clients respond to my confirmation dialog. any fixes or workarounds? i'm using 1.51.0.0 of the activex dll. MHz
If you are using the dll version of Autoit. You may want to consider using the latest AutoitX3.dll. The latest released version is 3.1.0.13. It is included with the release of Autoit v3.1.0. The forum is here for AutoitX
