Download Corrupt?

My original problem is that I couldn't get ConsoleWrite function to work until I found on another thread that the script needs to be compiled as a console application. I noticed that option wasn't available in the converter I have, I am running 3.2.10. So I attempted to dowload the updated version and its download a much smaller file that isn't a valid win32 application.
