Always 8 hour more than the hour on my pc ?

I don't understand, on one pc I execute this code

$heureactuelle = @HOUR

MsgBox(4096, "Test", $heureactuelle, 10)

The hour is always 8 hour more than the real time ! (on my other pc it's the correct time)

Example, It's for 4:20 PM it give me 12:20 AM ...

This bios hour is the same, I change the battery of the motherboard, and I'm on the correct time zone...

Could you explain me that ?
