U can easily do the tweaks to the registry using regwrite option.

I think he wants to disable and enable the usb port at will, so it's like plugging in and unplugging a device. I can't think of a way to do it

The link which i posted does exactly that.. when u set the reg key value to 4.. the port gets disabled.. equivalent to removing the usb..

I guess he wants to do something else..
