Set Dialin Static IP on 2003 Server

How would I go about setting a paticular IP Address scriptomaticy on a 2003 Server box under the Dial-In Tab in a NT User Account.

I looked at net user /add command line but cant find the switch that allows me to set the Static IP that gets asigned to a user account when using built in Windows VPN Server/RRAS.

Hope this make sense.
