turn off monitor

hi, i would need a command / script to turn off my laptops monitor.. want to add a feature in a programm to turn of the display after 10 minutes of no activitiy.. and ofc run the monitor again if there is some activity.

I have some reason why not to use the windows power managmen

so would be nice if u could tell me
