baddog & Gooddog

hello to all,

first to all want to thank [Manko] for his excellent work

baddog & Gooddog are 2 different script that do similar task:

- first run create .ini with running .exe

- second run monitor this .exe list

baddog kill listed .exe

Gooddog run command line string to keep alive your favorite .exe

Script are not too elegant but working well on my systems.
