Setting the default caret position for the SCiTE e

Wondering if its possible to set the default line position for the caret when starting new scripts, so It starts on a Blank line, not the Template comment region.....

I know of no such setting for this. You could have a blank template? or simply use down arrow, when you first start a new script.
