blank
I was trying to figure out a way where I have an automation perform an action based off of searching a page for a specific text and coming up with a return or not. Unfortunately I can't divulge the actual webpage nor would anyone be able to access it if I did. Basically I type in some bits of information and hit send. The page will either go where I want it to or will display a page that states it can't be performed. Is there a way where I can have my loop "see" what text on this web page is present and take an action from there? Ive been looking high and low for something and maybe I found an answer but am so new to the subject that it's staring me in the face. Many humble thanks for any help
bo8ster
There is the IE library. Look at the _IE* functions in the help file. Also I have seen a library for FF. Look at the examples and have a quick search for examples, there are heaps. Post anywhere you get stuck. Start with _IECreate - #include <IE.au3> $oIE = _IECreate ("www.autoitscript.com") Edited March 5, 2009 by bo8ster Post your code because code says more then your words can. SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y.
