Filewrite a specific font

When Filewrite'ing text to a file is there a way make it Courier while doing the writing. So that if it's written as a .txt ot .xls or anything when its opened it will be Courier (or whatever I chose)?

The font is not in somehow related to the characters value or sequences, it's a work of the viewer like Notepad or the specific control.
