I'm currently using JdeB's Tidy, version 1.28.3, which I think it a great program.

However, whenever I change configuration options through the GUI configuration window, they aren't (or at least some) aren't written back to the tidy.ini file.

Particularly things like turning off the "Documentation file" and setting it to no, and hitting [save settings], when using tidy next time, it still asks "do you want to produce a documention file?

I can manually edit the tidy.ini file and achieve my results. But I'm having no luck saving certain settings through the GUI.

I haven't performed the tests to determine whether it's all setting changes are not being saved, or just the one or two I've tried (see the one mentioned above).

I execute tidy via the context menu.

Just checked and it looks like both Comboboxes don't update properly.

Did you have any other options not updating ?

Thanks for that. The documention option is fixed, but I'm still not having the variable case being saved.

Example:

. Current variable case lowercase

. Change to Dim....

. save settings

. recheck the setting

. variable case = lowercase, not Dim
