Simple Picture viewer

Description :

Perhaps everyone use the windows picture viewer or Paint to show their pictures, but have you seen that its realy sucks for big pictures ?

I've made a picture viewer wich the window has the size of the picture.

HotKeys :

NUMPAD ADD -> Multiply the picture size x2

NUMPAD SUB -> Divide the picture size x2

Note :

I havn't put resize style on the GUI in the way that the GUI can't be bigger than the desktop dimentions...
