Declare GUI Input as Variable

Hello friends,

I would like to setup a GUI with an user input box. I would like the data from the input box to be declared as a variable that could be used throughout the script. In short how do you take data from a GUICtrlCreateInput field and declare it as a variable? Thank you in advance...its seems no matter how much I learn about AutoIT...there is always something new to discover.

i work with autoit for allmost a year now i have made different programs using tcp/ip but believe me i know how u feel there's always something to discover in the great world of autoit

not only autoit OTHER languages are sometimes better for different situations.. but i found autoit to be great in every aspect sofar except for internet manipulation (havent ventured that far yet)
