I am writing a Gui for my wall remote. It is touch screen and I wanted to get started right I was wondering ( I searched) if someone had written anything close to a IPod touch's function in which you open a window by sliding fingers in 2 different points and moving them in opposite directions and closing by moving them in. Essentially like sliding a window but when I drag a window it identifies it as my mouse and flickers so I cant touch 2 parts of the screen at the same time nor can I identify a sliding motion. If no one has written it, is it possible with auto it?

Anything back on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I haven't done anything like this before (with AutoIt or any language), but before you get too far, make sure that both your hardware and your Operating System support multi-touch. Google will help you figure this part out. For example, here is an article about Dell announcing their new multi-touch tablet. I'm not sure that any amount of coding will get you your desired functionality if it's not supported outside of AutoIt first.

Sounds like a really fun project!
