Multiple Command Windows tracking

I have a need to launch multiple dos command windows simultaneously and want to hold my program up until those windows close out. All 12 of the windows are command files that I'll be passing through a %1 variable via DOS. Example test.cmd server1 test.cmd server2, etc.

Is there a way to track 12 different windows that is simple?
