Similar is _GUICtrlListView_GetItemTextArray()

but it retrieves only columns from one row.

This your function will be nice as UDF:

_GUICtrlListView_GetItemTextArrayAll() for example.

I probably should have named it

_GUICtrlListView_TextToArray()

But It's functionality that counts. As it is you can rename to whatever you want.
