XML interface?

I would like to create a simple interface where I provide a host, endpoint then a XML request then have it post the request to that API.

Is it possible to do with AutoIt?

Creating the UI portion is simple, its the XML and protocols Im not sure how to handle.

I currently use soapUI but I want to do it with autoit so I can automate things.
