_datediff round to the nearest 10th?

i am using _datediff - works great!

but im trying to round the the nearest 10th of a year..

_datediff results in round numbers already so i cant use the Round function to get a decimal.

any ideas?

Get the diff in days, then divide by 365 and round to one decimal place.
