Not enough for you to worry about.

if u have functions, then as far as possible keep the variables local and the scope (if i understand correctly) dies as soon as you are out of the function, thereby saving space if u are concerned! anyways as people have mentioned, its generally ignorable as long as u free the variable to null after its usage.
