[REQUEST] Color if else hotkey script

I need a bare-bones "shell" of a script made, which i've failed at doing myself, that checks the color of a pixel in a certain XY coordinate, and presses a key on my keyboard according to the key. I can input the color, the coordinates, and the key to be pressed, but I need the frame before someone of my skill can do it. If anyone can help, i'd appreciate it.
