Download the full SciTE4AutoIt3 and compile from there, in the "resource update" tab you can set those things.

You can use something like this (more wrapper fields are available):

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_Description=My Program
#AutoIt3Wrapper_Res_Fileversion=1.0.0.0

your code now

If you compile it to an exe you should see the information as in your screenshot!
