Count item in a listbox, combobox...!

I want to count how many item in a listbox, a combobox or a datagrid!.

count=0

When I click on a datagrid

Do

Press {DOWN}

Count=Count+1

Until (???)

*********

When goto the last item, I don't know how to force my script stop!!!
