Keeping mouse cursor in focused window

Hello everone just wondering if there is a way to keep the mouse cursor in the active window. Having some problems with an old game (Baldur's Gate 1) in fullscreen so figured id try my luck in window mode, it works great but I can't scroll because I use two monitors. Up down left work fine but to the right it just scrolls off to the other monitor. I've got the window keeping focus which is nice but for the life of me can't work out how to keep cursor focus.
