Send Keys, How to send numbers?

I am writing a script and i need to use the send function but i cannot seem to find a way to get it to send the number keys at the top of the keyboard.

For example, i thought the number 4 would simply be Send("{ASC 052}") but it is sending the numberpad 4 (i think)

Any help would be appreciated!
