Need help with simple bot

K I plan to make a simple bot for the game World of Warcraft. What I want it to do is simply afk in bgs. ive done this before but now i need help with just one part. i need something to "record" my keystrokes. i need it to run places and its very hard to time how long im holding down my "w" keys and such. is there anything i could do that would tell me the exact time im holding down each key. Thanks

I know im new to these forums, but ive been using autoit and writing some scripts for about 2 years. havnt really gotten serious in using it till now.

in which part of the script would i add this too.. i know im very noob with scripts but i know some basic commands
