FileSetTime error on "linux" NAS

Description

FileSetTime() always return an error on Linux based NAS shares even when I assign a letter to the Share. I had to use "BatchTouch" to touch the files on my WD NAS.

Please learn how to use the issue tracker. You've created two tickets for the same thing so now I get to go close #1610 as a duplicate.

After checking with Frank it appear to be a BUG in the Linux ...
Corrected by a new version
