Incorrect multi-byte characters in "Au3Record.exe /o"

Description
Character is not correct When i record the operation that generates the multi-bytes characters (Ex. Japanese) with the following command.
(Au3Record.exe /o) >t.txt
Similarly, Character is not correct When i record the operation that generates the multi-bytes characters when i start Au3Recod by typing ALT-F6 at SciTe.

has been removed from the main installer from v3.3.14.1 as it triggers many AV false positives.
