ProcessClose does set @extended when no process found

ProcessClose() just return @extended = 0 when no process found
ret= 0 @error=0

Global $iError, $iExtended, $iRet = ProcessClose("lol_this_lol.exe")

;~      Failure: 0 and sets the @error flag to non-zero.
;~      @error: 1 = OpenProcess failed

;~      3 = TerminateProcess Failed

JPM why this is set to 3.3.14.0 ?
Wondering if this should be set to 3.3.16.0 ? (also other recent tickets).
