Helpfile should mention that ToolTip "title" can be max 99 characters

Description
In the forum thread @ http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=82003 we found out that if the "title" for ToopTip() is over 99 chars it doesn't show up.
I believe that should be added to either Parameters or Remarks section so users don't have to find that out "the hard way"
