Destroys the internal buffer that used the _WinAPI_FindTextDlg() and _WinAPI_ReplaceTextDlg() functions

Failure: 0 and sets the @error flag to non-zero.

Remarks

The _WinAPI_FlushFRBuffer() can be called only in response to the FINDMSGSTRING message with $FR_DIALOGTERM flag set.
