How to limit script to SINGLE INSTANCE ?

Sorry for such basic question, but I just spent 2 hours searching thru Help / Google / Forum, and found no answer :-(

How do I tell my script not to run more than one instance?

Helge and MHz, thanks very much for your prompt replies! I'll go with the script in the FAQ as it doesn't require the Beta. My appologies for not noticing it in the FAQ and the Help file !
