Dizzy
I was looking to find a way to get all policy settings from a server. There was a step over gpedit .. next secpol .. and then i found a vbs-script.OK - i need to install the gpmc console from MS first, but this was ok.The script was running and gives me "nearly" all settings back."Nearly" 'cause some local settings where missing. Have a look here : #547640The next step was to bring the script out to the server and start it ... it won't Why? 'Cause i call a VBS-script with "wscript" and the security settings kickn me out muttley So i'm running again thru the forum and find some helpful hints from PsaltyDS (thanks!) how to translate a vbs-script to AutoIt. And the result is following:To get the policies from a local server you have to install the gpmc.msi from MS (here --> GPMS.msi Then you can create a html-file with little code (see Create-RSOP-HTML.au3)If you're missing some settings then have a look to the link above and use secedit to get them.Maybe this is helpful for someone CUDizzyCreate_RSOP_HTML.au3
