I modified it so it moves the dll to the same folder as its in.
So it works on windows 10 (probably 11 to)
It moves the dll to the same folder as the script but some how the compiled version could not do it and would give a error that it was not created. ¯\(°_o)/¯
I know that the error happens when it does not detect the file in $TmpDir
Also cool script now it works.
Sad it does not support 256px
But I have a idea what if it down scales the 256px to 128px so it still looks good on large icons display in file explorer.

Why is the default return key character a end paragraph instead of just the return character.
Because I need to press the shift key with return to get the regular return.
