IT SUDDENLY WORKS!! .__. I have no idea what I did different, but it works now. @Geir1983 Maybe a restart of the computer helps you, I also have Win8.1 Pro x64.

This editor is amazing! But unfortunately I have no clue how to open the program.. Every time I try to start the compiled exe (3.8) it crashes after displaying the load screen for a second. When trying to compile or start it myself there is an error in line 186: error: $tagBITMAPINFOHEADER previously declared as a 'Const'. How can I fix this / can get this program to work for me?
