    I am have difficulty interacting with windows that my app opens up blank. Many times the window appears with the title in the title bar but the window is blank for several seconds. This causes a problem when the mouse moves to a spot and clicks nothing. There is no "Visible text" on this window. How can I detect that the window is not yet "Painted, filled in, finished" ? Thanks
