How to Run an uncompiled script with switches

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know how to run an uncomplied script with switches? I have a script that has a Setup portion that is only accessable when using a /s switch but right now I have to compile it everytime I want to see the script run in Setup mode. I am using Scite but I can't figure out how to run with switches. I even tried to use the AutoIT3 run script utility but it won't accept the /s says it's an invalid file name. :)

thanks,

Mike

hmm... I guess I have to have a signature...

$AUTOITDIR = RegRead("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AutoIt v3\AutoIt", "Installdir")
$AUTOITEXE = $AUTOITDIR & "\AutoIt3.exe"
RunWait('"' & $AUTOITEXE & '"' & ' yourscript.au3 /s')

instead of $AUTOITDIR = RegRead("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AutoIt v3\AutoIt", "Installdir")

why not just use @AutoITExe?
