sdfg4545 Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Seems like I am not always creating an object when I need to. Is there some function that can validate if a variable is actually representing an object? Can I print some if its properties? Can I do something like this: MsgBox(0, "debug", getTitle($oIE))
AdmiralAlkex Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Sounds like IsObj(), did you try that? .Some of my scripts: ShiftER, Codec-Control, Resolution switcher for HTC ShiftSome of my UDFs: SDL UDF, SetDefaultDllDirectories, Converting GDI+ Bitmap/Image to SDL Surface
PsaltyDS Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 Sounds like IsObj(), did you try that?Exactly, though Dale did point out a while ago that sometimes he needed to test that the CORRECT object was returned and he combined IsObj() with ObjName() to be sure. >_< Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... sdfg4545 Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 ObjName() is pretty close to what I was looking for, I can use it. Thanks.
