Why does tidy auto caps?

Why does the Tidy tool in scite unnecessarily capitilize when they do not need to be? I like my code without unnecessary capitalization... it makes it harder to read.

If you'll open the Tidy directory, usually Program Files\AutoIt\SciTE\Tidy, you'll find a file that you can rename to tidy.ini and modify the values to your preferences. Set proper = 0 and should not case-proper UDF, functions, etc...
