I want to implement the following: when user types a specific address in a browser, it should automatically load offline version of the page(saved on HDD). Ideally, it should work with all bowsers with no user intervention. I was thinking about modifying HOSTS file(redirecting that page to 127.0.0.1), however, what's next?
