_IENavigate behind proxy

Here is what I'm trying to do.

Should be obivous what I'm trying to do. I just want the _IENavigate to loaded with the proxy

Now I can do everything I need, but figure out how to make it load behind the proxy set, Would I use HttpSetProxy ? If so how do they work together?

I'm open to any idea, even if they are completely different from what I have so far >_<
