Unset many checkboxes

Hi

I am new to Autoit.GUI. The question is, how can I unset many checkboxes. I made a GUI with checkboxes, and a 'clear' button.

part of code :

case $Button3 <---- this is the 'clear all' button

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox1, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox2, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox3, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox4, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox5, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox6, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

GUICtrlSetState ($Checkbox7, $GUI_UNCHECKED)

etc

Is there a better way to unset e.g. with a for.. next loop ?

wimhek,

As long as you created the checkboxes in a single block, you can use a loop:

; Creation
$Checkbox1 = GUICtrlCreateCheckBox(...
;... create checkboxes 2-6
$Checkbox7 = GUICtrlCreateCheckBox(...

; Clearing
For $i = $Checkbox1 To $Checkbox7
    GUICtrlSetState ($i, $GUI_UNCHECKED)
Next

I hope this helps. Ask if anything is unclear.
