How to monitor when a terms of use notice pops up when using remote desktop

Can anyone suggest how to monitor when a terms of use notice pops up (before the username/password/domain) from a remote desktop session window?

I'm writing a login script for RDP and depending on how far away the server is, depends on how long it takes for that terms of use to load, before the remainder of the script data can be sent. If I code for the longest wait, it'll just sit there for 10 seconds on the closer servers with a faster connection, and if I code for anything shorter, it fails and tries to send keystrokes before the session can accept them.

Any thoughts?

I've tried with the auto it spy window and with the more advanced tool and neither of them can do anything other than say there is a RDP window there, but don't recognize anything that happens inside of it?

Am I using the tool incorrectly?

Get a ID of the window and the text on it. Pretty strait forward..
