How to Know when Windows Completed Booting

Hi

My AutoIt script runs every time windows boots(via the Registry).

I need to know when Windows completed booting,

that is, all AutoRun applications have been loaded,

and the HardDrive Led stopped flickering

Anyone has an idea for achieving this?

Best chance is to poll CPU for 20 consecutive < 20% reads. Maybe poll every 2 or 3 seconds.

It indeed will work, but my fear is that it will slow windows abit while it tries to finish loading.

Especially because this requires creating a WMI object..

Might you(or anyone) have another way, or a trick?
