hello, how do i deactivate the autorun from an script in windows vista and in windows xp, the thing is that i manage lots of computer and its boring and a loose of time to do them manually in every computer

If I remember correctly, you can disable autorun for certain devices by creating and altering a key in the registry. All you need to do is make a reg file that contains the correct key value you want.

You need to patch Windows though for autorun to work correctly.
