Is there a tool that allows you do drag and drop controls on to a GUI you are creating? Or is there another method that is quick and easy? Thanks in advance for any help, I'm a noob. Guy.

OR!! once you get some practice.. write your own drag&drop GUIengine XD but till then.. i recomend KODA as an engine...
