Google Translate

Hi, I have a list of words in a .doc file, something that looks like this:

word -

other word -

other word -

and I want to select each word and send it by tapping ctrl twice to Google Translate client (you can find by searching on google), then select the definition (that can be done with a simple ctrl-a) copy it and paste it after "-" then jump to the next word and so on until the end of the document.

I'm not very good at programing, could you maybe point me in the right direction ?
