Check Display for changes and Click

Hello

I want to check a special Region on the Display for Pixel-Changes.

If Something changed, the mouse should move towards the changed Position and left-click.

I thought about PixelChecksum(), but how can i find out the right Coordinates from the

Changed Pixel.
