.CSV to .TXT

is there an easy way to rename a file using autoit? i'm downloading a .CSV file but the application I need to use after only takes .TXTs

Hey Googamanga,

AutoIt does not have a file rename function, but it does have FileMove.

FileMove("C:\foo.au3", "D:\mydir\bak.au3")

Well, to use it for renaming, leave it in the same directory:
FileMove("D:\mydir\bac.au3", "D:\mydir\bak.txt")
