how to suspend a process?

You know process explorer by sysinternals? With this tool u can suspend and resume a process.

Is it possible to do that in AutoIt ?

Itried in a lot of way but none works.

There are SuspendThread/ResumeThread API functions ?

There maybe, but what exactly are you trying to do with the process? That would be more helpful and may be able to send you in the right direction.
