Read & Write to excel file

Can someone provide me with a good example that reads data form excelfile and use it in a form and later write it back to the excelfile.

Examine the examples in the help file of the functions: _ExcelBookOpen(), _ExcelWriteArray(), _IECreate(), _IE_Example(). Basically, what you're asking is already demonstrated there.
